Parking and access
Ample parking is available in front of our building. The entrance to our office faces 17th Avenue W.
Directions from nearby communities
Head south across the Manatee River via the Green Bridge (8th Ave W/Business US-41) or the US-41 S/Tamiami Trail bridge into Bradenton. Turn right onto Manatee Ave W (FL-64 W) or 17th Ave W, heading west. Continue west toward 59th St W, and turn left — our office is located at 5959 17th Ave W near the Blake Hospital area.
Take US-301 S across the river into Bradenton. Continue straight onto 10th St W, then turn right onto Manatee Ave W (FL-64 W). Drive west for approximately 4 miles, then turn left onto 59th St W. Proceed south to 17th Ave W, where you will find our office on the left.
Head west on SR-64 W (Manatee Ave W) or take University Pkwy west to I-75 N, taking exit 220 for SR-64 W toward Bradenton. Continue west on SR-64/Manatee Ave W through downtown Bradenton. Turn left onto 59th St W and travel south for about 1.5 miles to 17th Ave W.
Take Manatee Ave W (FL-64 E) off the island across the Palma Sola Causeway into West Bradenton. Continue east on Manatee Ave W to 59th St W. Turn right onto 59th St W and head south to 17th Ave W — we are conveniently located just minutes from the coast.
